I've posted a poem that I wrote last night.
It only took me 10 minutes to write,
I'd be grateful for all comments on how to proceed
In my poetry writing, so please have a read.

I can't stop this rhyming now, gosh it's annoying.
I thought it a fun gimmick to be employing,
But now I begin to see how it wears thin...
I promise, next time, I'll not even begin

To write poems in topics, unless they're called for,
After all, it could get rather confusing, or
Just downright peculiar as you wouldn't know whether
I was posting some different prose altogether.

Ahem.

while my own words just sit lifeless and still...
