Welcome to the forum. I think you may be waiting a while for comments on this piece. At 20,000 words, it's considerably longer than we usually get on an upload, and not everybody will have time to read and critique it. May I suggest you break it up into smaller pieces and feed them in a bit at a time? The normal upper range of an upload is around 5,000 words and longer than that may put people off attempting it. I know, I know, the Bart Simpson generation! I'm sure it must be terrific if you already have an agent.
