This, the final chapter, is likely to be longer than normal so I've decided to upload it in two or three sections. It's really important to get this one spot on so - as always - I'm relying on you to be honest with me.

I’ve just done a fairly hefty edit on the first section down to @@@@@. After that it is, as yet, unchanged.
