2nd part of Chap 4 of 'Error Brain' is up if anyone wants it. Interest seems to be tailing off so any comments are welcome.
Does anyone get the ache when you comment on someone's work and they don't acknowledge it, or even worse, acknowledge all others except you?Or am I being paranoid?

Dave, you've had quite a few comments on the chapters I read- I don't honestly think it helps to keep complaining that people aren't reading your work, particularly when they are- and making some useful points, from what I've seen. Surely you want quality rather than quantity? I also think you can easily put people off reading your work by forum threads with titles like this! I understand your point and if I was complaining about that you would be totally correct but I wasn't!

I do want people to read my stuff but if it doesn't happen, then so be it - I won't moan.

My point was, being acknowledged for reading other member's work. When people read mine I always acknowledge and most other members do too, but I get a bit peeved when I take the time to read other's work and comment on it, and get no acknowledgement.

Perhaps I'm being a bit sensitive but that's the way I feel and I don't think I'm out of order to express those feelings. If I am I apologise.Maybe I should not have titled my post as I did, and again, if that's wrong I apologise.

Dave, I'm just meaning that when I looked at the work you've posted- chapter 4 is it?- and you've said, 'Not much interest in this'- might have exact wording wrong- it just struck me kind of off putting. You can of course express whatever you like! (well, within reason.) Best, Anna
