It can take a few days for members to find the time to read work that has been uploaded, and some groups are more active than others, but if it gets overlooked it's certainly worth reminding people it's there.
I have had a look and left a comment.
One thing I thought of afterwards, concerning the sub-genre in general which your work falls into, is a lot of similar books on the market are commissioned by the publisher and are ghostwritten. It may be worth writing an outline of the story and just submitting that to Agents and publishers, then if they are interested, they may well assign a ghostwriter.
