Thanks to Lammi, lastubbs, Steerpike's_sister, susieangela and RT104 for the comments on the version uploaded 21/10/07. I’ve now uploaded an amended version. I’ve tried to keep all the good bits and remove all the bad bits commented on. The results can be seen at:
