I can’t believe it, I have just seen some clips for American Wedding and there is a part in it straight out of my script, I mean its exactly the same and its not your usual sort of scene, in fact it very unusual and so I’m amazed that the exact same thing has occurred in this new movie. I’m totally shocked…damnit…I’ll have to rewrite the whole scene now or else people will just think I’m copying…what are the chances?

I guess you've found out when the film was first made, and then gone back from there to estimate when the script could have been produced?

Well I’m blowed, same thing happened to me. I wrote this script about a gardening robot from the future who goes back in time with a mission to save the allotments of the future and kill all garden pests, you know aphids, slugs, snails that sort of thing. I planned to call it Exterminator and then guess what happens, Arnold Swarzernegger comes along with a plot loosely based on mine, calls it Terminator and Bob’s your uncle, foiled again.
