This is my piece for the second horror group forum, the theme of which was 'darkness'.

I've uploaded it here in it's more or less rough draft, and I'm not sure about the ending. Does there need to be more? I'm sorry it's so long, (approx 7000 words)but it just turned out that way. Comments much appreciated and reciprocated, as always.
