I have posted some new work and I'm new to the forum, (it took about a year to find it!) I would like to explain that my purple man came into existence before I ever read the dreaded purple cow poem.

I'm joking here of course. Thought I'd better clarify this. My purple man was a character in a story I wrote in Cambridge in the 70's. It was popular at the time, someone had it printed and circulated around. I've just brought him back into existence.
I'd really like feedback on the work I've posted and I'm new to the forum.
