Hi gang. Just to let you know that this story keeps growing and changing. It has been an ongoing project to perfect the story with reader comments in mind, both on WW and another writers site.

After careful consideration, and reading the tone of the tale, I have now placed the story back in time slightly to 1904. This is because several readers, some of them friends, enjoyed the story but felt it had a historical resonance within the style of the writing.

I know some of you have already been kind enough to read it and make valuable comment. Now I'm regarding it as finished, I'd really like to see what you think.
