    Will do my best!

Sam, the dog, says thank you for the ruffle. He really enjoyed it. I'm giving him daily insulin injections now and he's taken on a new lease of life. Brilliant!

ps - may I pick your husband's brain? Does he know anything about the interior of a Lear Jet? Would the pilots be able to overhear what the passengers are saying???

I'm hoping the answer is yes... There again, how many people would know if I bent the facts a little...

    Cheers

Aww, Dee, good to hear that Sam is doing well! Long may he wag his tail at you!

Now aboot this Lear jet thing. Hub'sand says that it's unlikely that the pilots will be able to hear any conversation because of two things:

    1. The air flow (rush of wind) against the cockpit area while at cruise speed (mid flight) is quite loud making it difficult to hear anything.

    2. There are panels behind the pilots so unless they're leaning out of their seats and cocking their ears (not during the flight) they can't really hear what's going on in the cabin (normal conversation level).

This is all with the assumption that the cockpit door is open. During commercial flights, the door is always closed, but I guess during private flights they may be left open.

Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear. Maybe you can have that conversation take place before take-off and the pilot purposefuly eavesdropping??

P.S Thanks for commenting on Chapter 9 - have made the amendments!

Yes, that’s what I was afraid he’d say but it still helps. This is for a much later chapter so it gives me time to rewrite it. Say thank you to him for me.

    Can we handle it?

Just to let y'all know that Chapter 12 (uploaded today) is appearing under the Poetry Category. My mistake I'm afraid. No it's not poetry...but for those poets who would like to read it...please do! :-D

Perhaps David will notice the error and move it to Fiction - General...but no biggy!

    Thanks for reading and commenting!
