Hi.With the recent publication of my book 'Pets in Prospect' I've already had some 'funny' reviews. Though it's supposed to be a fun read in my own style I'm being compared to the likes of Rolf Harris. Not sure I like that. Have other people suffered from what they see as unfair comparisons? Or am I just being a whinging Pom that needs to be tied down sport.
Michael,
I am sure your book will be a great success... and I hope that we may soon all welcome you as a Member of WW.
Rolf Harris is a very nice person and extremely talented; so feel very pleased with such a comparison.
In my life I have been likened to a Dirty Rat, Quasimodo, James Bond, Danny DeVito, Errol Flynn, Tyrone Power, Albert Einstein and quite a few others. Mind you, some of these comparisons were of my own making.
Look forward to the days when people will compare others to the likes of Malcolm Welshman - that is real success.
