Hello

I have been a WW member for about 3 weeks or so and I apologise if this question has been asked before. I've scrolled through more recent queries but haven't come across one like this.

I was wondering whether it is standard practice for members to be automatically logged out of WriteWords after about 5 minutes of not using it. Sometimes I'll turn my attention away from the website for only a short time but, when I return to it, I have to log in again.

Hi Sharon, I had the same problem when I first joined… too long ago now to remember how it was resolved but if you contact David Bruce he’ll sort it for you. Just scroll down to the bottom of any page and click on ‘contact us’.
