Nik has sent through his children's book "I met a Roman last night, what did you do?" for review. I suspect there'll be a lot of takers for this so first come first served...(it's a signed copy no less!)

I wouldn't mind either - though I promise not to cancel my Amazon order, Nik! - but I have to admit I'm not a children's literature expert, and Nik might prefer one of those more intimate with the genre???

Don't be silly Casey! I thought the review was lovely, and I know that Nik will love to know what his fan base think of his masterpiece.
I think more children should be encouraged to write, which is what Nik spends so much of his time promoting and developing an interest in.

Hey - our copy came today!

Very exciting. Reading session with the ten year old and six year old - the ten year old took over reading out loud because I wasn't 'getting it right' - then the ten year old took it off to her bedroom to finish in peace while the six year old went to wake up the four year old,

'I met a Roman last night. What did you do?'

'Huh?'

Anyway it's all going down great in our household. Congratulations, Nik!
