Anyone fancy reviewing a book on screenwriting (a How To) and a Pocket Essential Guide to Literary Theory? If you fancy either, let me know here or by WW mailing me and I'll pop them in the post. The review is for WriteWords by the way, no fee or owt, but you get a free book... didn't make that clear earlier, so apologies for any confusion.

Yes I'd be interested in doing that. Where is the review for, this site or somewhere else ?
-
Yes, for us here. No word limit or anything, just whatever you feel like. We get sent books quite often for review and I hate the idea of a)not giving smallish presses some much-needed exposure and b)reviewer gets a freebie. Plus, it might be a great book, you never know.

OK ... WW-mailing you my address, thanks.

Hi Anna,
Not so much interested in screenwriting and books on literary theory but if you get any subs for new fiction post them up. I'd definitely be interested.

Me too. (Interested in fiction same as Geoff.)

Me too. Fiction. New Age. Alternative Lifestyle. Anything related to the occult/paranormal/supernatural.
You could start a review bank here, Anna.

Actually I would like to revise what I said - I'm definitely interested in books about literary theory / craft, as well as lit fiction. (Not interested in genre, though.)
Good idea, Dee.
It would also be helpful (for me, anyway) to work to a deadline.

Hi Anna
If either of these books are still available, I'll have a go at either or both. I recently did my degree in Eglish Lit, and I would like to have a go at writing screen plays.

Sorry, both have been sent out now, but we're about to put in place a new review system so that we get more free books in, and then match them up with potential reviwers.

Excellent idea. Please sign me up. Oh, I should point out I live in Dubai. Will that affect anything?
Best regards
