Just wondered if there were any plans to add chat room facilities for real time posting.

It might be really useful especially in terms of getting groups together to discuss work/subjects.

It might encourage me to join a group. I haven't done so yet because they don't seem to be very active - or is it simply that I can't see what's going on because I'm not a member?

Ah the possibilities. Dedicated IRC servers, online voice chat capacity, webcams...

Well, probably best to steer clear of the webcams, it's too easy to start asking the person on the other end to start removing items of clothing.

Hehe yeah if that kind of stuff started happening - the government would have to shut writewords down! if anyone's got a hotmail account, you can use msn messenger..that's very useful to discuss pieces, i've done flash poetry on it and it's really cool.
