It’s the Winter Solstice, the time of year when the sun reaches its southernmost point and begins the journey back to the northern hemisphere.

From now on the days will begin to lengthen. It may not be noticeable for a while but it is happening. Along with the extra daylight the sun brings us energy. Let's make the most of it.
