Why does the search facility not work on the forums? I'm searching for terms that I know have cropped up in threads, but nothing is coming up. Can anything be done about it?

As with an earlier reply, it is probably due to the fact that nobody had responded or chipped in with anything. If people are writing something,whatever the discipline or genre, they want to be focussed thereby they don't want to lose valuable writing time. I believe some writers have children to collect from school and as much as we love writing forums and sites on the Net, it is a question of choice and self discipline as to how much time one should devote to the Net.

Yes, one of the minor frustrations of WW... wish it could/would be improved.

I've managed to improve the forum search a little today. The historic forum data is so large it's tricky to search it all, but I think there is some improvement.
