Is there a button so that you can 'ignore' a particular poster - and their posts become invisible to you? I've seen similar on other forums I am a member of, but not here. Just wondering if it existed and I am too thick to find it (distinct possibility) or not.

Do you mean on the Blogs page? That is the only place on WW where you can click 'hide posts by...' - it's next to the blogger's name.
The facility isn't available on the WW Forums, unfortunately.

No. Honest, was just curious. Loads of things have changed since I was last here and I'm just getting to grips with the way things are now.

Actually, as another site usability question, I was wondering if there is a way to multi delete the messages in the mail boxes - or have I really got to click one at a time - 400 times??

Couldn't you just not read their posts?

Sort inbox by sender name, select all the ones from forum@writewords, press delete.
