whoops. Think I touched nerve. It was only meant as genre-joke. When I was a young 'un, I would walk straight to the horror section, spend half an hour there and never look anywhere else in the bookshop because general fiction felt like too much of a lottery.
Day 3 was hellish, you're right. Day 4 wasn't much fun either, but by Day 5 I started to get a grip on things. I'm still feeling spaced out, throat and chest feel a bit scratchy and tight, but I wanted to start this health kick right and as a trainer informed me, there is little point trying to get in shape while you're still poisoning yourself. Begin at the Begin. So I have.
Choille, there are groups for these genres, but Horror is no more. We don't have enough numbers to really justify three separate groups so the idea is to combine them.
Sarah,
Noticed nobody answered you re: 'Being Human' - Loved it.
Watched it on BBC3 I think at the beginning of the year and can't wait for the 2nd series coming soon (sound like an Ad!)
Needless to say HAD to watch The Pre-Raphaelite series (can't remember the name of it now) simply because Vampire boy was so luvverly!
Favourite was the werewolf tho' and I thought it was so beautifully and sensitively handled - made me blub in parts.

Oh that's a relief- I was gutted when I saw the horror group closed down. It's not necessarily my genre, though I have dabbled in the past, but it is an area I mean to explore in the future. It's definitely the genre I read the most of.
