Actually, I'm not obsessing. (I think that's a rather negative word to use, I must say). In fact, I'm simply pointing out it is divisive. No more and no less.

I've just read this, and I didn't see anything about there not being mention of online/short story publications.

I'm simply talking about celebrating success, in all genres/media/types of writing- it's encouraging for all of us when somebody gets a deal or makes their mark in some way, but it's not intended to be anything other than spreading the joy around.

Maybe we could set up a forum for people who get pissed off with new suggestionbs for forums.

I think a lot of members aren't aware at all - or aren't routinely conscious of - the existing Members Successes list: is there any merit in making it more prominent: a tab at the top, or something?
