Just in case you didn't know and this years theme is food

What has /is everybody doing to celebrate National Poetry Day I have spent all week visiting local schools and recording the children's thoughts about poetry and also many of them reading their favourite or own poetry andd believe me there are some very talented young people out there. The recordings will be broadcast today as our Poetry Day special broadcast spread over 4 hours of broadcasting www.fodradio.org

As a non-poet, I'm celebrating poetry day by once again mulling over buying The Iliad, before deciding that it's too much like poetry
