If the people of America vote in that retarded, incompetent buffoon, who is as transparent as an invisible ghost, then I give up. We all know Bush will try and fix it anyway, and from all accounts will (has already, thanks to bruvver Jeb and co) win Florida due to the extremely dodgy voting set up (for those who don't know/care Jimmy Carter stood up the other day to alert the world to the fact that US elections in Florida - and else where - are in severe danger of not meeting international electorial standards. Bush and co just shrugged their shoulders and got back to the big map of the Middle East with pins stuck all over it and certain places - those big wells full of sticky black stuff - ringed in highlighter pens) BUT...

if the Yanks still vote for Bush then I have no sympathy for them when their civil rights are gradually eroded, or when they are plied with abuse in almost every other country as soon as they open their gobs. How can they see that and think Bush is anything but a moron? Kerry offers a chance to clean things up and bring the world together, and don't get me wrong, I don't think he's that great but compared to Bush he looks like Jesus crossed with John Lennon with a bit of Ghandi chucked in for good measure. Bush offers more death and wanton destruction.

So I await the elections (and the next debate) with baited breath. I just have one thing to say to Yanks everywhere that are even contemplating voting for that inarticulate cretin.

Dav - In my opinion Silver said something fairly innocuous about charities, which Dee has strong views on (so not innocuous to her which is fair enough). It was in the other Flash forum, the one with 7 or 8 pages.

I didn't mean to mess with you flashers, but couldn't help it, as I stayed up til 4 in t'mornin watching Kerry smach the moron in a heavyweight debate, fell asleep analysing it, dreamt about it (in my miniscule amount of sleep) and woke up thinkin about it and woz tempted to start a "What are the Yanks on?" thread but knew the worms would be pissin out of the can if I did so.

Soz anyway for taking it off on one. IB wouldn't charge - you'd never even see him til it's too late...

As for the charity thing, I can't find anything controversial on that thread, including Ani's "!", so it's probably been removed.
