I've reinstated the owner edit in the archive comments. This allows members to do two things:

Remove themselves from email notification if they wish (several members asked for this option after being inundated with responses)

Secondly, members can make additional comments after the original comment. This is to allow some flexibility to clarify a post, rather than full re-editing as was previously available. Any added comments are labelled as such.

The same facility will be available on the forum shortly.
