I've just added some code to prevent duplicated posting which sometimes happens when people double click the 'post' button, or when things are going a bit slow on the server they try to post again - hopefully now this will result in just the one post!

In the thread called My best ever standard rejection letter, I've just tried to post a new reply immediately after my previous one, and it hasn’t appeared, so I've had to add it to the previous post – which I didn’t want to do. Is this something to do with your fix for double posting?

I've just had the same problem, Dee. I had just posed a comment, then someone posted straight after me and I wanted to reply to it, but despite trying three times in a row it wouldn't let me.

Is the 'bug fix' a time delay between posts, David? And if so how long do we have to wait?

eek! you guys are good software testers! I think that problem has been fixed now (keeping fingers crossed). Let me know if there are any more problems (and sorry for not replying sooner, I forgot to check the email notify box)
