We've added a little feature to wwmail today allowing you to show all wwmail from a particular member - helpful for older members who have large quantities of wwmail which have become impossible to sort through.

Ooh - while we're talking about mail - is there any way to delete large chunks of it? I've got over 2000 messages so to go through them one by one would be a bit much!

As for deleting – I discovered a shortcut recently: find one you want to delete, click on Delete (at this point the page defaults back to the most recent mails – which is why it’s so bloody frustrating when you're trying to get rid of the old stuff!). Click on your Back button. The mail you wanted to delete will still appear but, trust me, it’s gone. Repeat the process as many times as you want. Then go for a lie down.

This is only a stop-gap suggestion until the lovely DB gives us a mass-destruct button.

On the rare occasions when I clean up my normal email inbox that's how I do it.
