  • Help! Cancelled subscription not intentional.

    Hello, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but -
    my debit card just expired, and as a result Paypal have automatically cancelled all my subscriptions that were attached to that card. This means my WW subscription has been cancelled. I don't wish to leave WW. Can I just carry on as usual for the 200 odd days that I still have left, and re-subscribe again when the days run out?
    No-one is going to change my name to Account Closed, are they?

    I would assume it just means your potential payment method has been cancelled, Leila. Whereas the subscription payment is for the whole year in advance and that is unlikely to have been cancelled.
    You would just need to make alternative arrangements for payment when your membership runs out after 200 days.

    Leila, hopefully David will have reassured you by now. Naomi is right. Just carry on as normal and set up a new payment method.
