Yes, I'm planning to join! I've written one non-fiction book (The Girls' Guide to Losing Your L Plates - how to pass your driving test published by Simon and Schuster and am currently working on a proposal for a 2nd book about driving.
I followed the advice in Susan Page's book (How to Get published and make a lot of money by Piatkus) on drawing up my first proposal and it got lots of v positive feedback, even from publishers who didn't buy it. If anyone would like to see it then email me via my website and I'll send you a copy.
