I posted something similar a while back but it got lost in a flurry of threads I think. Just to say (again) I'd love it if our bookmarked authors triggered a notification email whenever they posted a piece of work.

Also, wondered if, by choice, we could make our bookmark lists private?

Anybody got any thoughts on these?

Good idea, Pete. I asked DB about this when he first set up the bookmarking facility. He said he was working on it, but it might have fallen off his list – so why not remind him?

And the option to keep it private might mean some members feel more comfortable using it… not sure… but the option might be useful.
