Still not got one, and still no desire for one. Dunno why really.

I got one largely to read my own MS in circumstances where a pile of A4 would be a nuisance - and rather to my surprise (cos I like a good gadget and am currenly slightly in love with my smart phone) I can't say I love it at all, although it's definitely handy.

My mom was given a Kindle at Christmas; though there were good intentions and she seemed to enjoy the thought; I can't imagine her using it more than once, maybe twice a year.

The advantage for her is simply instant knitting patterns bound directly to her e-book; unfortunately, technology seems to never outweigh the feeling and 'smell' of a book.

I have an iPad mini and I love it. Tried a kindle but couldn't stand the flickering. I can look at my own manuscript on it and even edit it if I copy it into Pages.

But now I just need to stop spending so much money on ebooks - it's just too easy to press that 'one click' button on Amazon ;(
