I watched all of it and thought it was brilliant. I loved (on the story telling aspect, that is) the way they focused on the girls and the extent of the lengths addicts will go to for their fix, rather than the murderer and what was going on in his head. Handled sensitively, I thought. It gave a much needed face of humanity on all those junkies out there who are villified for being just criminals in the press and by politicians. It would be nice to think the example set by the Ipswich authorities as they changed the way they handled the problem (i.e. help the girls off drugs and to get a life) would be rolled out across the country, but with all that's going on financially, looks like that won't happen any time soon.
I found it very moving.
