Tiswas (= Today Is Saturday, Watch And Smile)

I particularly used to like the bit where Chris Tarrant would ask some kid who'd phoned in, "What have you been doing this morning, then?", to which the answer would come back, "Watching Swap Shop."

(Nerdy bit of trivia for non-Midlanders: Tiswas was the Saturday morning show in the ATV region for at least a couple of years before Swap Shop started. It only got networked across ITV afterwards. Another bit of nerdy trivia: Chris Tarrant wasn't the original presenter. A guy called John Asher was.)
