There are fewer body parts in the second series, but if you're watching the 2nd series from start, avoid the scene there the divers find the bags on the sea bed; the scenes in the morgue tent; and especially the penultimate(?) episode where he chops up the body in front of Sergeant Dokes - not because of the body, but because of the flashback with his father - which is repeated in the final episode (if I've got that in the right order)
