firstly - welcome to Writewords! It can be a bit bewildering at first. If you go to the top of the page and click on 'Groups', it will list all the different groups where you can upload your work. Click on the one you're interested in, and it will say 'Apply to join'. Fill in the form and usually you're in by the next day.

Then you can go to that group and chat with the people there, upload your own work, read their work etc.

hope that's enough to get you started. If not, shout again!

Freebird's steered you in the right direction - in WW most of the critting goes on in groups, so that's the way to get involoved in giving and getting critiques. And, of course, out here there's the general craic!
