Hello! 

Just wanted to introduce myself; my name's Teika and I'm the editor and founder of a small press called Mother's Milk Books (I recently had a Q&A on here if you want to know more about the press). Like most other folk involved in publishing I write as well and of course I love to read and discuss books. I'm looking forward to joining in with some of the discussions, although it can take me an age to compose a post (but I guess that's the editor in me!).

All the groups look very interesting, but I've narrowed it down to these: Short Story Writers Group, Women's Fiction, Children's and YA Writers' Group and the Poetry Writers Group. I hope there's not a problem with being a member of multiple groups? 

Hi Teika -welcome to WW. I think you can belong to a number of groups if you wish. I'm a member of three, including childrens and YA.

Welcome from myself also. I shall have to check out the Q&A that you mention.
Although I've only been on WW for a few months, I've found so many helpful people and have learnt a great deal about writing from reading and participating in the various groups. I look forward to seeing your name around the site in the coming months.
