I am new to WriteWords and still getting to grips with posting critiques...I will get better. However, I browsed the Opportunities and saw a call for submissions on the theme Love for Popshots poetry journal.
I gathered courage in both hands and sent off a poem...and it was accepted! I am over the moon. It is currently being illustrated which is very exciting and will appear in the October issue of Popshots.
I have to thank WriteWords for making the opportunity available.
I'm really looking forward to meeting more of the community and pulling my weight as part of it all.
