How do I register for the one-month trial membership please?

Hi, John, and welcome to WriteWords.
Your trial membership has started, and you are now able to join one of the writing Group forums and upload one piece of work.
You will find the Groups on one of the orange tabs, above, and here:
http://www.writewords.org.uk/groups/
Choose a group and click on 'Click here to join this group', to join it. There will be an initial pending period while Admin add you to the list.
If you go into your 'My WriteWords' (top right hand corner of the page) you will see a facility for uploading your work.
As far as choice of group is concerned, it's best to pick one of the more active groups.
If you need any help just give us a shout.

Thank you posters! I was not sure if trial membership enabled me to access all the site. I'm getting a bit more used to how everything works.

We're a friendly bunch here. There's lots of support, advice, feedback and fun to be found. The best thing is to just jump straight in - you'll be made to feel very welcome.

As Naomi suggested, during your trail month choosing an active group is a good idea. If you decide to stay then you've got the opportunity to spread your wings and you can join more than one group.

If you need any help with navigation etc post your question here an someone will respond.

No, you will find that sections of the Site are inaccessible unless you take out one of the membership subscriptions. Trial membership is more of a taster of what's on the Site.

When you join one of the groups you will be able to access it fully and get a better idea of what WW is all about. This is why it's a good idea to choose an active group, if you can, to make the most of your free trial.
