Hello People,

I've taken out a trial membership & wish to post 1 short extract (650 words) from my novel - would the flash fiction group be an appropriate place to upload this..? Pls advise as I have only one shot with my trial & I don't want to misfire.

Flash fiction is really, really, short stories, so if your extract is from a novel it would be better to join a group like Beginners and upload it there - which is not a comment on writng ability, but rather the first port of call for a lot of new members, so it is one of our most active groups.
Alternatively, if it's a novel for children or teenagers, then you have the choice of the Childrens Group or the Young Adult (Teen) Group. There are also groups for Womens Fiction and Chick-lit, if you think it may fall into those genres.
