Hello to you all. I have just signed up for a months free trial before I part with my pennies.

I have wrote poetry since I was a teenager. However having studied creative writing last year with the Open University I found that I enjoyed short story and life writing.

I have posted one of my poems to the site so I will be interested to find out what you all think.
It is not my usual style. I am a bit of a comic poet and find it hard to be serious.

Well I am going to continue trying to navigate all the corridors.

I'm new to this site too. I do belong to another writing site and have found it so helpful and great to be with like minded people. Someone from that site, suggested I give write words a try, so here I am on a months trial. I'm finding it a little bewildering at the moment, but I'm sure I'll familiarise myself with it over the coming month. Looking forward to reading all the posted work and critiques.
