I've noticed that, when replying to a thread or commenting on work, members can highlight areas of text on which they wish to comment in a grey box. I imagine this facility is to save retyping text, but how do I use it? It's obviously got something to do with the quotation marks in the toolbar but how do I select the area of text I want? Sorry for being dense but I'd be grateful for a pointer - this is all very new!

Hi Mand,

Copy the text and paste it into the message box. Highlight it, and then click the quote marks above the box. You'll see [ quote ] appear at the beginning, and then again with an additional / at the end.
