No, in all seriousness, we would love to have you in 'Intimate Moments'. So far, the group is mainly populated by people working on specific sex/sexy scenes within their novels or short stories, but of course we are open to people who specialise in that genre too - please, be our first!

There is no limit to the no. of groups you can join, so you might find that one of the mainstream fiction/novel groups is helpful for things like dialogue and novel-structure - the bigger picture, if you will - as we in IM tend to get straight down to the nitty gritty.

I had a brief look at Intimate Moments and im not really sure i fit in..perhaps my naivity in this business has caused me to mislead... my current work in progress is a lighthearted jaunt down my sexual memory lane. By no means romantic, but funny, honest and completey cringeworthy most of the time. So its more a case of naughty fumblings than epic bodice rippers! Some of the work posted on Intimate Moments is wondeful.

Quite right. The groups are what we make them - there are no rules. But, if you don't feel comfortable, maybe try out chick lit/contemporary as well? Like I said, there's no limit on the no. of groups you can join and you can resign from them at any time with one click of the mouse.
