I've posted several bits of work in groups since Jan, when I joined WW. So I know how to do that. And I know how to replace a piece of work in a group, so the original piece comes off the group page but is still visible in My Writewords. I've done that several times.

However, if I want to take a piece down from a group page but not delete it completely from My Writewords, can I do so? I couldn't find a way to do that without replacing it.

From 'My Writewords', click Edit on the same line as your work, and change the setting to 'Don't add this work to any group'. That should take it off the Forum but still keep it in your archive.

If you want to leave it on the site, but not visible to anyone, go to ‘edit’, then where it asks who you want it to be visible to, click on ‘only me’.
