NW Kent College has been newly approved to run this two year course. It replaces the HND in Professional Writing run at the same college since 1999, the UK's first full-time higher education course in the subject. Students study all manner of professional writing from press releases to book submissions. All successful students have automatic progression to the third year of BA (Hons) programmes in either Humanities or Creative Industries at the University of Greenwich.
