This is the first time I've checked WW in months. And I may well not be renewing my membership at the end of this month.

Be that as it may, good for you, Darran, to get these books out there.

I've worked with Darran on and off for many years on his writing. Interestingly, he spent a very long time working on a huge Fantasy epic which was very ambitious but maybe hard to control. I didn't hear from him for ages and then he suddenly appeared with a completely different, and quite brilliant, thriller novel (the first in this series). Not sure what the lesson is but it may be that it sometimes pays to put down our pet project and try something completely different.

Just to let you know, I'm well into the first draft of a new stand alone sci-fi thriller, and have the outline for the third Jack Canner novel mapped out. So I'll be in touch later in the summer
