Summary: I have just been to the hairdresser's.... and ...I have just read this to my husband, whose response was "That's not a poem!" Oh, dear!

hairdresser.

He was quite a womaniser
with years of experience - nearly 30.

He touched my hair,
told me how my colour
was fantastic

even though
I’m fifty three
and post menopausal.

Whatever he recommends
I am
definitely
going to do.

Joanie, never mind smile- I nearly laughed myself off the chair. It was not only the final stanza that did it but the clever spacing that brings you to the last line at the perfect speed - and of course the voice too. As Tina says - you go go go!
