Sex is mental; so stimulate mind not just body works well.
Only stamina required to make it last? That's the art of sex, perhaps. Constant re-invention; same instrument, different tunes.
A lover who's 'full of mystery'? That's the danger of stranger!
'just the dream filled kind' - apart from repeating 'dream' in the poem - remember if you don't have a dream, how can you have a dream come true?

I like this roovacrag, for me, the first couple of verses have an 'authoritative', 'demanding' tone to them and the last two verses outline what exactly your 'demands' are, with the last line encapsulating the lot in eight words! Lovely work roovacrag.
Thanks

You gotta make up your mind babe, I mean 'take part of me, or whole.' or 'I want someone to stimulate/ not just the body but the mind'? We all want it all, but when you can't get all, you gotta take what you can get non? Otherwise, it's just wistfully waiting while Life just ticks on by. Err, right, I'm rambling, but my final thought is that this piece is cheering loudly for the sex and that is no bad thing.

Frank, honest and direct. As ever, beautifully expressed.
I liked it. Until the last line, which I think ruins the poem. If a man wrote that line he would be pilloried as sexist, rightly.

Sorry AliceJ
'Pilloried' is OTT. But I think a guy would get some stick for the line.
