I had forgotten until today who I am I had forgotten tucked away in dark corners hidden I cowered Another me outside smiling at the sun laughing at the rain I had forgotten until today how to cry.

Rosalind, this is beautiful. Crying is so important in letting out all of those hidden emotions, and this poem makes this so clear. Thank you for sharing it with us, and for sending shivers down my spine!
Stacey.

very nice sentiment but isn't it funny how different people have diferent perception had I written a poem about forgetting an emotion it would probably about how we had forgotten how to smile . still variety a sthey say is the spice of life

Hi Ros,
Lovely poem that I hadn't seen before....it came up on the 'random selection' thing. But we haven't forgotten you. Where are you?

I'm still knocking around. I'm seriously lacking in inspiration and motivation to write though. I think its come with being happier.

Well bloody well cheer down then! Seriously, glad you're happier, but sorry it's screwed your insp & mot - why not pop in and make a few comments (there's a thing called 'string knickers' that I've heard is very good), that might get the juices flowing....well, you never know. Otherwise, if you're happy, write happy stuff. You're good Ros, so don't lose it. Hey, who am I to shout at you like this but....well...er...okay, I'm going.
