I’m home Alone She’s not here. 4000 miles away but I feel her I smell her I know her She’s not here.
She calls She’s here But she’s not. 4000 miles away and I can taste her I kiss her I want her She’s not here.

Baldur,welcome to WW.
Short and to the point.Get the feeling this is the love of your life and your missing her like hell.
Yes you feel,breathe,smell her wherever you go around the house.
Only when you hear her voice is she with you in spirit.
Well done.
xx Alice

Baldur, 'She's here' 'She's not here' 'She's here' 'She's not here': telephones - hmmm... how do they connect us?! Sometimes, I don't feel they connect us at all!
Definitely, yes, they have limitations and I feel that that's your frustration here... And what does it mean to be 'with someone'? 'to be in someone's presence' ? The voice vanishes... were they really there at all? Telephones, mostly I hate them...
But your love seems to jump the distance... All the best, Miffle
<Added>
NB often I think that it is in the silences that people are here with us...

Wow, I didn't actually expect anyone to read this....it was simply an outpouring of emotion. But thank you both for your comments....and TY for the welcome Alice.

Hi baldur, and welcome. So near and yet so far... you have successfully expressed how you can be so close even when miles away, yet so far apart. I liked it.

Hi B
welcome to WW. I like this "outpouring" the transcendence of the now to or from the place where "she is". Love indeed.
Nice write
