Tomorrow
Tomorrow
I will meet you tomorrow
long time overdue.

A time to remember
we share so many things
love for all eternity
one that can't be broke.

Nothing to evoke
cherished meeting it will be
memories kindled
friendship of strength.

Tomorrow,tomorrow
always tomorrow
tomorrow will soon be today
memories of yesterday.

Long overdue indeed. It's reassuring to know that some things can't be broken and one can look back and relish this fact.

The way 'tomorrow' is repeated throughout really gives weight to the feeling of yearning. True, deep love never dies nor leaves completely.

Until tomorrow... Keep on keeping on.

ah yes today is the tomorrow we yearned for yesterday nice poem as always how come so much poetry on here is so profound or perhaps I am getting maudlin and old
