Scarey, scarey Night

The full moon brimmed wide
on the starry tea time estate
as workers dodged home
black branches throwing off
their autumn suits fingered
the blazing satellite pumped
high into evenings dark space.

The fully phased madness
of millions of tons of rock
spinning around the gravity
of us, our minds a horror flick.
Is snuffed to nothing by clouds
whispered up into freezing air
by a school boys homeward wish,
his pockets full of science fiction
and the penance of mathematics.

Perfect, couldn't have said it better.Full moon and the most bizarre things happen, hence the word lunatic.A madness of utter foolishness where the brain is for a moment ruled by the moon. Well done.xxAlice
